Rich Rippin
Counsellor
Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting. I offer a safe, warm, confidential space for you to explore the difficulties that you are currently facing.
When you get in touch, I will invite you to attend an initial session which will last for 50 minutes. This will be an opportunity for us to discuss what you are looking for from counselling and see how well we work together.
Counselling supports you to work through your difficulties and move on from feeling stuck. It helps you to develop a more honest relationship with yourself and by gaining a deeper understanding of some of the things that are causing you distress, both in the world around you and within yourself, you are able to see things more clearly and in different ways.
I know from my own personal experiences of therapy that it can offer both support in times of acute need, and be a crucial part in our ongoing journeys of personal development.
The best way to find out if counselling is for you, is to give it a go.
